Pilates

In addition to holistic nutrition coaching I am also a pilates teacher and personal trainer. Details of my current pilates classes are below but please keep looking as more will be added in the coming weeks.

Personal Training

Limited personal training or private pilates sessions (1-1 or small groups)

45 min session £40 or 60 min session £45 (for local clients only)

Personalised home workouts can be created for you via Teams or in person.  Tell me your fitness goals and we can work together to create the right programme for you.  If you are motivated to workout this can be a more affordable option than weekly PT sessions. From £40 per session.  New programmes can be provided at each 1-1 session.
