Targetted 6 week Programme

A targetted programme based on your specific needs and goals.  This programme will contain some of the elements listed in the 12 week programme but will be tailored to you and the timeframe.  We will begin with a 90 min initial consultation followed by a full diet review and health building programme, plus 5 x weekly 45min in person or online meetings.  All other elements will be tailor made for your needs.

Pilates

In addition to holistic nutrition coaching I am also a pilates teacher and personal trainer. Details of my current pilates classes are below:

Online exercise and pilates sessions will be available soon for members.  As we age we lose muscle (its a fact), but muscle burns more calories so is key to our metabolic health.  Added to that we need to build a strong body - both muscle strength and bone health - to enable us to live an active and healthy life.   There is much talk about 'Health Span vs Life Span', by looking after ourselves we stand the best chance of a long and happy 'Health Span'.  These pilates and exercise sessions will focus on strength, mobility, flexibility and posture.
