Nourish & Flourish
Your Journey to Wellness and Vitality

A grounded, evidence-informed programme for women ready to feel vibrant again

Welcome! I’m so excited to share this with you and to help you feel your best again.  Here is a brief summary of what is included and how this programme came to be.
If you’re a woman in your late 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond, and you’re feeling overwhelmed by conflicting advice, miracle supplements, and ever-changing rules about nutrition and wellbeing - Nourish & Flourish was created for you.
This ‘middle’ stage of life can feel confusing. What worked before no longer does. Information is everywhere, yet clarity is hard to find. And much of what’s still being promoted is outdated, oversimplified, or driven by sales rather than truth.
When I entered perimenopause in my early 40s, I felt exactly this way.
I was already a personal trainer with a strong interest in whole-food nutrition - and yet I felt lost. I wanted clear, honest guidance, explained simply, without fear-based messaging or unrealistic promises.
So I went back to study.
I trained in holistic nutrition and integrated that knowledge with my background in Pilates, strength training, and years of working with women’s bodies. I tested, refined, questioned, and simplified - and Nourish & Flourish is the result.

What this programme offers

Nourish & Flourish is a self-paced, 12-module programme designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body and how to support it - practically, sustainably, and without extremes.
We explore:
• How the body changes as we move through perimenopause, menopause and beyond
• Nutrition that supports energy, metabolism and gut health
• Hormones - what matters, what actually helps
• Detoxification, vitamins and minerals (without overwhelm)
• Fasting - when it can help and when it doesn’t
• Sleep, stress, and recovery
• Exercise - what kind, how much, and why it needs to change
• Self-care and wellbeing that actually fits real life
Everything is explained in clear, no-nonsense language, with a strong focus on whole-food solutions, not trends.

Who this programme is for

Whether your goal is to:
• lose weight
• feel more energised
• improve digestion and gut health
• balance hormones
• feel stronger and more at home in your body
…. or all of the above - Nourish & Flourish meets you where you are.
The programme is structured step by step, so you build a strong foundation first and then layer understanding and habits gradually. You’ll learn what changes as we age, why those changes matter, and how to work with your body rather than against it.

What this programme is not

• No fads
• No extreme rules
• No rigid meal plans
• No supplement overload
Just simple, realistic, evidence-informed guidance you can trust - designed to support long-term health, strength and vitality.

Before you sign up

Before joining Nourish & Flourish, there are a few important things to consider.
This programme works best when you have the time and mental space to engage with it.  You will have:
• 3 months’ access to the full programme content, so you can move through it at a pace that suits you
• Direct access to me via a private Facebook group, which will be open for 1 month from the programme start date, for questions, support and guidance
New programmes begin at regular intervals, so it’s important to choose a start date that genuinely works for you - one where you can show up for yourself without feeling rushed or pressured.
If now isn’t the right time, that’s okay. The programme will still be here when it is.
Whilst you can sign up and begin the programme at any time, the Facebook support group will only open for one month from each start date, so you can dive right in or wait, it's up to you.

Forthcoming programme start dates are:
6th April 2026
18th May 2026
29th June 2026
10th August 2026
