I found Susie’s approach to the plan, informative and friendly. What I really like is the options about how to make the most of the plan for yourself and that Susie is there as support. Since it can be such a minefield googling for information on your own. I also like the advice about focusing on small changes so it becomes the lifestyle change you are often seeking when doing these things. I definitely felt the difference after a holiday and not paying attention to what I was eating or drinking. Susie has been informative, empathetic, professional and genuinely interested. She listened to my concerns at the first meeting, and at the next provided a range of relevant changes to make to my diet and lifestyle, to address each of my concerns. I found her easy to understand, enthusiastic and most importantly relevant. She didn’t provide unnecessary information, indeed it all felt catered to my particular needs; with a genuine desire to help.
Helpfully she stayed in contact to address any issues I found, or answer any questions which arose. Further appointments provided opportunities to enhance understanding and bring in new recommendations without overload.
She has been incredibly helpful with ideas I would not have known about otherwise. The written information provided is comprehensive and very interesting, and she makes it clear that a gradual change is fine - there was no pressure to suddenly change a lot, which would have been difficult and stressful to implement.
Her affect longterm will be immensely beneficial, as I gradually make changes I can already see my mindset changing, and my body is thanking me too!
So in conclusion, Susie is an excellent listener and communicator who absolutely believes in what she is providing. Her knowledge is excellent and the resources provided are easy to understand and are relevant. It is most definitely not a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

I have found this Nourish & Flourish programme excellent! I do pay attention to my nutrition but this programme has taken it to another level. The videos and the documents are a mine of information and the recipes supporting the process are not only abundant, but also delicious. I followed the liver detox and immediately felt energised. Moving forward, I will definitely carry on implementing the principles of the programme and already have adopted many of the recipes. I highly recommend women going through midlife to talk to Susie; she will become your best friend when it comes to your health!

I found the course interesting and informative. Susie is very knowledgeable and explains things in a clear and practical way. As someone who does exercise regularly and pays attention to what I eat it was nice to have what I already knew validated but equally I learnt new things and found the advice on self care, protein and minerals really informative. Throughout the course there are easy changes that anyone can implement to live a healthier happier lifestyle which in this crazy busy world can only be a great thing!
